About the role
- The Clinical Coordinator RN will operate in direct partnership with IMG practices.
- To assist our patients in navigating the various complexities of our health system and act as a resource to coordinate the patients' needs with our organization resources.
- This role will complete triage transfers by utilize protocols and clinical judgement to assess and prioritize a patients need and determine the appropriate course of action.
