- Provides coaching to peers based on reviews and reports this to TCT Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Assists TCT Supervisor with performing RT competency checks and program audits Performs weekly "check and balance" reviews as assigned by RT Manager.
- Assumes full responsibility for their own actions, professional skills, and attitudes.
- Supports the company by being loyal and informing the office of concerns and problems to be resolved.

Requirements
- Program Must have valid RCP License in the state of practice Experience/Knowledge:
- Experience as Respiratory Therapist Experience conducting patient care via technology driven platforms
- Minimum physical requirements are the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required by Department Leadership.
