Responsibilities

- Perform code reviews, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will also play a crucial role in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet the business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven experience in leading and managing Salesforce development projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Compensation
- $180k-$200k
