Responsibilities
- Lead tax planning engagements for individuals and small business owners.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to deliver holistic solutions.
- Manage multiple client relationships and engagements simultaneously.
- Support the evolution of the 1040 Transformation Project and related strategic initiatives.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative environment, combining deep tax expertise with a strategic mindset to support individuals, simple trusts, and closely held businesses.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in individual tax, trusts, and small business returns.
- Proven track record in client consulting and tax planning.
- Proficiency in tax software and technology platforms.

- CPA preferred
- EA considered.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients.
