Responsibilities

  • Lead tax planning engagements for individuals and small business owners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to deliver holistic solutions.
  • Manage multiple client relationships and engagements simultaneously.
  • Support the evolution of the 1040 Transformation Project and related strategic initiatives.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative environment, combining deep tax expertise with a strategic mindset to support individuals, simple trusts, and closely held businesses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in individual tax, trusts, and small business returns.
  • Proven track record in client consulting and tax planning.
  • Proficiency in tax software and technology platforms.

  • CPA preferred
  • EA considered.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients.
