About the role
- The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in commercial construction project management, organizational change management, business transformation, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption planning.
- This role requires close collaboration with project teams, business leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure the people side of change is effectively managed and aligned with project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of change management strategies, plans, and initiatives to support organizational transformation across multiple workstreams.
- Engage and influence executive sponsors, project teams, and stakeholders to build alignment and drive successful change outcomes.
- Develop and implement communication, engagement, and business readiness strategies to support project objectives.
- Partner with leadership teams to identify change risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
- Design and deliver change management materials, presentations, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support business process improvements and transformation initiatives through analysis and continuous improvement activities.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with communications, training, project management, and business teams to ensure an integrated delivery approach.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder management plans, communication plans, and change roadmaps.
- Support user acceptance testing, operational readiness, and transition activities for new processes, systems, and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, program management, or related disciplines.
- Experience with construction project management programs.
- Experience with financial services client facility construction desired.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation, technology implementation, or business process improvement initiatives.
- Experience conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption planning.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Nice to have
- Prosci Change Management Certification, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
