Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within professional services.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Glassdoor
- Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system and HRIS platform
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and POC to hiring managers at all levels.
- Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system and HRIS platform; comfort building and maintaining recruiting reports.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage concurrent requisitions.
- What do we need you to do?
- Own requisition intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management for all open roles firmwide.
- Manage a steady volume of roles across the firm's service lines, as well as periodic specialty and leadership searches.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate pipelines and requisition status in the applicant tracking system and in supporting recruiting reports.
- Own and administer remote-staffing and contract/contingent-labor agreements, including day-to-day vendor relationship management, contract renewals, rate negotiations, and performance tracking.

- In this newly formed role, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will own full-cycle recruiting across the firm, from job requisition through offer and onboarding handoff. This role serves as the day-to-day point of contact for hiring managers across all departments, manages relationships with remote-staffing and contract vendors, and builds the recruiting infrastructure needed to support a growth-minded firm.
