This hands-on, entry-level role involves assisting with event setups and teardowns, escorting vendors, moving furniture and equipment, and maintaining venue cleanliness and organization.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events, including waste removal.
Support inventory tracking and management of event-related supplies and equipment.
Respond to maintenance and event support requests submitted through the centralized maintenance management system.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support evolving organizational needs.

The employee is required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with safety protocols.
The position requires effective verbal and written communication with others, good eye/hand coordination, and the ability to lift and transport up to 75 pounds.
The ability to respond promptly and physically to urgent situations is essential.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer literacy.
