Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events, including waste removal.
  • Support inventory tracking and management of event-related supplies and equipment.
  • Respond to maintenance and event support requests submitted through the centralized maintenance management system.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support evolving organizational needs.

Requirements

  • The employee is required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with safety protocols.
  • The position requires effective verbal and written communication with others, good eye/hand coordination, and the ability to lift and transport up to 75 pounds.
  • The ability to respond promptly and physically to urgent situations is essential.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer literacy.
