Responsibilities
- manage all facets of matters from discovery through trial.
- Assist with electronic document productions using database management software.
- Assist with document reviews for responsiveness
- identify privileged documents, documents for redaction, and case issues in context.
- Managing documents, exhibits, notebooks, and spreadsheets in court trials and arbitration proceedings.
- Assist in deposition/interview/hearing preparation, document review, productions, and case preparation at/for trial/arbitration as needed.
- General support of attorneys and other business professionals across all offices and practice groups as business needs arise.
- Complete understanding of the litigation process, especially large case management; manage all facets of matters from discovery through trial.
- Assist with document reviews for responsiveness; identify privileged documents, documents for redaction, and case issues in context.

Requirements
- Familiarity with the litigation process (i.e. case management, discovery, databases, privilege logs, court filings, e-filing, cite checking, Shepardizing, and Bluebooking).
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- ability to work under tight deadlines on detailed tasks.
- Must have good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and related computer skills.
- The ability to work overtime, including on some weekends and holidays with little to no advance notice.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' paralegal experience. Experience in Healthcare matters preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in preparing for and attending onsite trials and arbitrations.
- Must be a flexible, proactive, self-starter, to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and timelines
- Must pay attention to details and follow up and follow through.
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat.

- $90,000 - $120,000
