The Internal Communications Manager is a member of the Global Communications team and serves as a strategic partner to leaders across the organization, shaping how we connect, inform, and inspire our employees worldwide.
The Internal Communications Manager will collaborate closely with [ Internal Communications leadership and ] stakeholders to deliver aligned, high-impact communications that support transformation, strengthen culture, and elevate the employee experience.
Experience developing and leading integrated campaigns

Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience, preferably in communications
8+ years of experience in internal communications within a large, global organization
Familiarity with insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated industries
Experience leveraging integrated digital and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, Copilot), Zoom, and Monday.com
Employment is contingent upon completion of a required identity verification process, which may include biometric technology, where permitted by applicable law and subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

$88,000.00 - $147,000.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
