  • To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you'll be doing The Enterprise Anti-Money Laundering (EAML) Group is responsible for all aspects of CIBC's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Terrorist Financing (ATF) program.

Responsibilities

  • You'll access and analyze large, complex data sets to build meaningful reporting, dashboards, and insights.
  • Dashboard Development - Design and build functional, detailed, and insightful dashboards using business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Business Partnership - Collaborate with end users and business leaders to understand reporting needs and translate them into practical, high-value analytics solutions.
  • Strategic Insight - Support leadership decision-making by connecting technical analysis with business context and identifying meaningful trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Communication and Documentation - Present insights clearly and document processes, requirements, and solutions in a way that's easy for technical and non-technical audiences to understand.

Requirements

  • You have relevant business intelligence experience.
  • You bring 3-5 years of experience working with business intelligence and data visualization tools to develop reporting and analytics solutions.
  • You have strong technical skills.
  • You have hands-on experience with SQL and Python, and you've worked with databases and large data sets to support reporting, analytics, or data transformation needs.
  • We may ask you to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills test (such as simulation, coding, French proficiency).
