Responsibilities

  • Support appointment scheduling and follow-ups for the sales team
  • Assist in preparing presentations, demos, and documents for clients
  • Create and maintain prospect lists, their status in the pipeline, and their assignment
  • Collaborate on ad-hoc sales/marketing projects as needed

Requirements

  • The ability to listen, understand, and adapt their message to their audience
  • Completed university degree or equivalent experience

Skills

  • Update and maintain our CRM (Pipeliner) with accuracy
  • Clean, merge, filter, and normalize data in Google Sheets (bulk edits)
  • Track campaign performance, contribute to small A/B tests, and make recommendations
  • Clean and integrate prospect lists from third-party sources into our CRM
  • understand and apply how the order of operations (PEMDAS) influences bulk data processing and the production of reliable results
  • Team spirit, rigour, autonomy, proactivity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
  • Asset: skills or hands-on experience with sales automation tools or AI
