About the role

  • About Redwood Materials Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling - keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition.
  • The Senior HRBP works on issues requiring in ‑ depth analysis, evaluation of variable factors, and the application and adaptation of advanced HR concepts and practices.
  • This role is primarily performed in an office or hybrid environment, with three+ days onsite presence based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to align people strategy with organizational objectives, operational priorities, and growth plans.
  • Advise leaders on complex workforce, organizational design, talent, and performance matters, applying advanced judgment and strategic insight.
  • Coach leaders on navigating complex people situations and developing high ‑ performing, engaged teams.
  • Understand and leverage relationships between different disciplines to deliver integrated, business ‑ aligned HR solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field, with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including advanced HR Business Partner roles in complex organizations.
  • Deep, demonstrated expertise in HR principles, employment practices, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to evaluate complex situations, synthesize data, and exercise sound judgment across multiple variables and competing priorities.

Compensation
