About the role

Nice to have

  • 6 months to 1 year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Basic understanding of pool operation and water chemistry.
  • Holder of current National Lifeguard Service's Lifeguard Certificate, dated no more than 2 years from date of shift, this includes CPR-C.
  • Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
  • Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
  • Customer focused with interpersonal savvy
  • Decision making skills

Compensation

  • It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base wage of $20.00.
  • The expected annual total compensation is $5,500 determined by the expected total number of scheduled hours per year.

  • The Lifeguard will ensure the health and well-being of members and guests in the pool, whirlpool and on the pool deck.
  • The Lifeguard will closely monitor Aqua Group Fitness classes and Family Swim to ensure the safety of all participants and enforce proper rules.
