- The ideal candidate has successfully led garden-style, wrap, podium, or mid-rise residential projects with repetitive unit layouts, dense trade coordination, and aggressive delivery schedules.
- NPDES Blue Card and Procore certifications preferred (or obtained during onboarding) · Confident leader with strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
