About the role
- You'll be the first hire dedicated to bringing it to market.
- You'll have direct ownership of outbound sales pitch and demo,and will influence the GTM motion end to end.

Responsibilities
- Deliver initial product demos to prospects and lead workshops.
- Iterate on messaging and build sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, talk tracks) as we learn what lands.
- Benchling is launching a new AI offering called "Decision Support".
- You'll focus on decision support initially, and the role may expand into other AI GTM areas.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role: sales, solutions consulting, or similar.
- Comfort presenting to executives and running a room.
- Bias toward action in ambiguity
- this SKU and this role are both being built in real time.
- We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes in-office collaboration. Employees are expected to be on-site 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
