About the role
- This job provides individualized, direct patient care of assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.
- Assists in the implementation of the delivery of health care services.

Responsibilities
- Cleans stocks and maintains exam rooms, procedure rooms, instruments and equipment and prepares patient for provider exam.
Requirements
- Other related duties as required.
- (1) when it requires walking or standing to a significant degree
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Must have computer and/or mainframe terminal and multi-line telephone skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.
- Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.
Nice to have
- 2 years experience or Associate's degree in Ophthalmic Assisting.
- Preferred - Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) through JCAHPO
Skills
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Skill working to prescribed clinic and ophthalmic standards.
Compensation
- $20k-$50k
