About the role
- Consults physicians on effectiveness of therapy.
- Acts as an advanced resource person for physicians and nursing on respiratory care.
- Here, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one patient care in a supportive environment where your skills are recognized and your impact is immediate.
Responsibilities
- Perform overnight sleep studies, including polysomnography, CPAP/BiPAP titration, split-night protocols, and MSLT
- Maintain equipment and follow infection control protocols
- Document all care in the EMR
Requirements
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Required: Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)
- Required: BLS (American Heart Association) within 3 months
Nice to have
- Preferred: Graduate of an accredited Polysomnography program
