About the role
- Position Summary The Sales Specialist 1 is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by executing the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model.
- This role focuses on driving sales performance through targeted SPH (Sales Per Hour) and achieving company KPIs while ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction as measured by survey results.
- Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Requirements
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs.
- Analyze daily sales results, partner with leadership on behavioral expectations, and develop monthly proficiency plans using company sales reporting tools.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred.
- High volume experience is preferred.

- Certificates and Licenses: None required.
Compensation
- Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members.
- Holiday pay (full-time only)
