About the role

  • We are currently seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator to join our Wealth & Retirement team.
  • This position will work with the sales staff and Retirement Plan Advisors and assist with tasks associated with onboarding new clients and accounts.
  • Assisting with proposal materials, presentations, and scheduling of meetings with prospective clients.

Requirements

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of Retirement Plan experience
  • Retirement Plan related licensing a plus
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and carriers
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment
