About the role

Job Description The Balancing Coordinator will complete administrative and order management responsibilities related to the Victaulic HVAC hydronic/balancing solutions.
This will be accomplished by working closely with the direct outside sales team and sales management.
Job responsibilities: Act as liaison between sales and internal customer care providing professional and proper responses to all Balancing and order related inquiries.

Ability to be patient, professional and courteous.
Must be goal oriented, reliable, self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively.
All communications, inquiries and candidate submissions must be routed through Victaulic's Human Resources/Talent Acquisition team.
(Education, Experience, Personal Attributes)
Possess proficient skills with Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, Access, & Project. Experience and understanding of Visual Basic language a plus.
Demonstrated technical aptitude
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills - written and oral.
Willing to be flexible in schedule and work occasional overtime.
On Target Earnings
The on target earnings for this position are typically between $50,000 and $55,000+ annually.
