Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the responsibilities of the Property/Project Manager(s).
  • Manage and Develop project plans and schedules.
  • Manages all facets of project management including schedule, budgets, procurement, quality, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
  • Oversee the development of capital and expense plans. Manage with Property Manager(s) to coordinate with branch management and corporate officers for all regions.
  • Manage, plan, and budget, as well as oversee and document all aspects of the specific project in process for all regions. Ability to estimate budgets. Be financially astute.
  • Understanding of building maintenance as well as building repairs. Monitor and complete maintenance and repairs with cost effectiveness. Be able to implement preventative maintenance programs.
  • Understand Commercial Building and Fire Codes.
  • Maintain/update Emergency Response Manuals as needed.
  • Work closely with VP of Facilities to monitor, manage and achieve department and company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.
  • Some travel required.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday.

  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
  • Provide management oversight of contractors and maintenance personnel at to assure they are being maintained property and as required while being cost effective for various regions.
  • Job Skills Required:

Skills

  • 20 years of real estate management experience
  • Extensive experience handling full renovation projects.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of sprinkler compliance requirements and IT product knowledge needs
  • Fully knowledgeable and understanding of lease and maintenance agreements.
  • Strong negotiation skills for service/vendor and project contracts
  • Ability to establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
  • Strong ability to coordinate multiple teams, move in, move out and walk throughs.
  • Ability to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow through.
  • Ability to perform occupancy audits.
  • Ability to track projects from onset to completion.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames.
