About the role

Operations Management: Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Popeye's restaurant to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Ensure that food is prepared according to Popeye's standards, ensuring consistency and quality.

Help develop staff schedules to ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed for peak hours.
Help implement strategies to improve guest experiences and encourage repeat business.
Help manage cash flow, ensure proper cash handling, and oversee daily transactions.
Assist with daily sales tracking and inventory management to maintain profitability.
Help manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the premises.
Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Participate in audits and inspections as required by KFC and regulatory authorities.

At least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment, ideally with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
some college or business management coursework is a plus.
