About the role

  • We are currently seeking a Program Manager with experience overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects within a program.
  • You will be key in managing program performance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the program's overall success.
  • Your strong interpersonal skills and situational awareness will enable you to navigate complex customer dynamics effectively and contribute to a collaborative and productive team environment.

Requirements

  • applicants MUST BE US Citizens and be able to obtain Public Trust clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of professional experience supporting software development, project delivery, or Agile programs
  • PMP or PMI-ACP Certification
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to build a solid rapport with customers
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project and program risks
  • Capable of aligning overarching strategic goals with the effective execution of detailed, day-to-day operations

Compensation

  • We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $110k-$150k annually.
