- In this role, you will play a key part by maintaining and caring for interior plant installation and thriving vertical gardens.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic and functional pruning, including deadheading, to maintain plant vitality
- Manage pest and plant disease issues (with direction), including but not limited to
- Transport plants and supplies, as needed, to support project and maintenance needs
- Manage pest and plant disease issues (with direction), including but not limited to; identification, treatment, and prevention
Requirements
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining landscape hand tools
- Knowledge of tropical interior plants and ornamental exterior landscape plants
- Proficiency in identifying common plant pests and understanding their management
- Familiarity with irrigation system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Experience with nutrients and fertilizers for plants
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and confidently make informed decisions
- Ability to interpret unknowns and make confident informed decisions
- Demonstrated experience and passion for interiorscape plant care
- Energetic, hardworking, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
