About the role
- Join a high-impact auditing team where you'll help ensure supplier and customer contracts are implemented accurately, compliantly, and on time.
- For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 61,200 - 102,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

Responsibilities
- Lead customer audit projects, driving communication, accountability, and successful resolution.
- Maintain contract, project, and workload tracking tools while ensuring timely follow-up on key actions.
- Partner with Business Intelligence teams to develop and enhance reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to support strategic business needs.
- Support team workflow management, reporting, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous process and system improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and service quality.
Nice to have
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- experience in a B2B manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
Compensation
