- Plan operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability, including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews, and interface with product leadership as needed.
- Set up data-gathering mechanisms to support metrics that inform product success, including usability studies, research, and market analysis.
- Lead workstreams to include analytics, customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Manage a team of 3 product managers (1 lead product manager, 2 senior product managers).
