  • This is a senior-level position that provides technical leadership for a pod of engineers (up to 5), ensuring delivery of robust, secure, and maintainable solutions.
  • This is a remote role, reporting directly to the Software Development Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using C# and.NET (Core/Framework)
  • Translate business and system requirements into technical designs, APIs, and services
  • Drive architecture decisions including microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native patterns
  • Design and implement integration layers between.NET systems and Salesforce (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event streaming)
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, architects, and product owners
  • Provide production support and lead root cause analysis for complex issues across distributed systems
  • Participate in the full SDLC with strong emphasis on design, quality, and delivery
  • Deep expertise in object-oriented design, design patterns, and distributed systems architecture
  • Exposure to Apex, Flows, and Lightning components to effectively collaborate with Salesforce engineering teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading small engineering teams or pods
  • Strong experience with RESTful API design, service orchestration, and integration patterns
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), automated testing, and DevOps practices
  • Experience integrating.NET applications with Salesforce via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or middleware (e.g., Mulesoft)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits as they relate to external integrations
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements

Nice to have

  • 8 years of software engineering experience with strong focus on C# and.NET (Core preferred)
  • Salesforce (Preferred)

Compensation

  • The estimated salary range for this role is $130,000.00 - $160,000.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
