About the role

  • As an Associate Attorney at Windsor Troy Law, LLP, you will have the opportunity to focus on case strategy and professional development, instead of time-consuming tasks that most firms give their newer lawyers.
  • The right candidate will have experience taking, defending and preparing for depositions and will have an interest in attending court hearings and mediations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of various types of personal injury matters in litigation
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, including filing complaints
  • Direct and support investigation on all assigned litigation matters

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Personal Injury Law experience
  • Juris Doctor degree and current good standing with CA State bar is required.
  • Strong background in Personal Injury Litigation, including pre-litigation case management and discovery
  • Written Discovery skills
  • Conducting Depositions

Nice to have

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
  • Workers Compensation experience is a plus
