Responsibilities

  • Innovate and Design: Contribute to the development of electrical and instrumentation designs for a variety of industrial, water and municipal projects;
  • Create with Precision: Prepare detailed electrical engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Standards, Safety, and QA/QC policies;
  • Drive Projects Forward: Complete electrical design tasks and calculations crucial to project success;
  • Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams, including utilities, equipment suppliers, contractors and clients;
  • Ensure Excellence: Ensuring electrical design documents are coordinated, thorough and clear with strong attention to detail.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and pay attention to detail; and
  • Support to develop skills and pursue projects related to your own interests;

Requirements

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with ability to create and edit electrical designs;
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with ability to create and edit electrical designs;

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a consulting engineering environment, specifically in industrial projects, is highly desired;
  • Certification as a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) or the ability to become registered would be considered a strong asset
  • Experience with AGI32 and/or ElumTools lighting simulation software, and SKM Power Tools is a plus.
