Responsibilities
- Translate findings into clear insights to support product development and UX initiatives
- Support forecasting and behavioral modeling with guidance from senior analysts
- Contribute to test design and metric definition in collaboration with product managers
- Summarize results and support interpretation of causal impacts
- Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Dash, Streamlite or Power BI
- Document analyses and findings in a clear, stakeholder-friendly format
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Physics)
- 1+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in a product or customer behavior context
- Foundational knowledge of statistical concepts and experimentation
- Experience working with data from digital products or user behavior tracking tools
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations.
- Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies.
- Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, NumPy)
- experience with Dash or visualization tools is a plus
Compensation
- The annual salary range for this position is $72,320 to $94,920.
