About the role

  • Assist with change control activities by documenting, routing, tracking, and archiving proposed changes, approvals, implementation actions, and related decisions.
  • Identify gaps in existing PMO, SharePoint, documentation, and configuration management practices; recommend practical improvements that improve control without slowing technical execution.

  • For nearly 30 years we have supported military and civilian agencies across the Department of Defense, U.S. allies and partners, and essential industries.
  • Configuration management is one of the core duties of the role, but the position is intentionally broader than document control.
  • The Business Analyst will help the Program Manager build repeatable processes that improve accountability, traceability, customer responsiveness, and program execution as the radar program scales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, program management, project management, information systems, engineering management, technical management, or a related discipline
  • Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, defense, aerospace, government, or other complex program environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Practical problem-solving mindset with the ability to recommend improvements to processes, tools, documentation practices, and program operating rhythms.
  • Ability to handle business-sensitive, proprietary, controlled, or customer-sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.

Nice to have

  • (Not Required) Experience supporting Department of Defense, Department of War, aerospace, defense, radar, sensors, ISR, engineering, manufacturing, software, mission systems, or government-contractor environments.

  • $171k-$800k
