About the role

  • Summary: Responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the Well Stimulation and GHT Divisions.
  • Rebuild and strengthen quality systems, processes, supplier controls, inspection programs, and accountability mechanisms across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • FET is headquartered in Houston, TX with quality manufacturing, efficient distribution, and service facilities conveniently located to support the major energy-producing regions of the world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related technical discipline.

Nice to have

  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards including ISO 9001, API Q1, API 6A, API 7K, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Establish supplier qualification, auditing, risk assessment, and performance monitoring processes.
  • Conduct supplier audits domestically and internationally.
  • Review and verify material certifications, MTRs, NDE records, inspection packages, PPAPs, FAT records, and other technical quality documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal material specifications and customer requirements.
  • Assess current quality staffing and organizational capability.
  • Monitor corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
  • Ensure documentation control and record retention requirements are maintained.
