About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects
- Perform framing, drywall, trim, door, window, cabinet, and finish carpentry work
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
- We're seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter-Restoration Technician (Class IV) to lead reconstruction projects, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional craftsmanship on every job.
- Proven ability to lead projects and work independently
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of carpentry, remodeling, construction, or restoration experience
- Experience coordinating trades and managing project schedules
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Experience with restoration, insurance repair, disaster recovery, remodeling, or commercial construction is highly desirable.
