Principal Accountabilities Perform all work in accordance with ARTISAN policies and procedures, as well as all relevant federal, state, and local laws (including Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA).
Maintain community buildings, equipment, and grounds to support operational and resident satisfaction goals.
Complete building repairs such as drywall, flooring, doors, hardware, windows, screens and more.
Maintain pools/spas, chemicals, logs, and associated safety equipment (where applicable).

Participate in required ARTISAN training and development programs.
A strong understanding of OSHA safety protocols is required.

Follows practices for the safe operation, maintenance, and repair of all facility equipment, including compliance with health, safety programs, policies, procedures, reports.
