Responsibilities
- Facilitates student communities to support peer collaboration, effective faculty interaction, and student development.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Instructors are subject-matter experts who teach and support a caseload of students enrolled in their assigned course(s).
- Instructors also collaborate with other instructional and program faculty serving students in their course(s) to ensure continuity and quality of support.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Nursing and all applicable licenses or certifications.
- Active, unencumbered compact/multistate RN licensure, with the ability to secure active, unencumbered licensure in all states as required for the role.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for the role, including required attendance at designated company Summits.
- Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in Women's and Children's Nursing.
- Candidates must demonstrate subject-matter expertise in at least one of the following specialty areas.
- Applicants are not required to have experience in all three specialty areas.
Nice to have
- Terminal degree and all applicable domain-specific licenses or certifications.
- Demonstrated subject-matter expertise across more than one applicable nursing specialty.
- Experience teaching across multiple Prelicensure or Undergraduate Nursing courses.

- Candidates whose backgrounds span multiple specialty areas may be considered for more than one role.
- Travel Requirements
- This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%.
- Additional travel may be assigned based on business requirements.
Compensation
- $73,500.00 - $110,200.00

- Strong knowledge of how student characteristics interact with different learning needs common to the assigned course(s) or domain(s).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to moderate online student communities to encourage engagement and learning.
- Ability to use information from student profiles, learning behaviors, and interactions to identify individual student needs.
