Contribute to annual revenue targets by identifying, recommending and closing new deal opportunities.
Participate in selling/pitching the firm's products and services.

Participate in selling/pitching the firm's products/services. Work with VPs, associates and analysts to appropriately position pitch, utilize unique and creative analyses approaches to showcase offerings and develop materials that engage and inform clients.
Develop and define product offerings/strategies, leveraging expertise, William Blair intellectual capital, as well as knowledge of client issues and core business drivers.
Lead the execution of various product offering strategies on behalf of the firm's clients. Ensure communication and knowledge sharing with Investment Banking teams.
Maintain effective client partnerships. Proactively identify relevant strategic issues and core drivers of client business. Provide client with high quality advice and insights.
Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and macro and microeconomic themes that drive markets and investor sentiment.

Develop, define and lead the execution of product offerings and strategies.

Bachelor's Degree required
SIE Exam, Series 79, and Series 63 must be acquired (for US only)
Strong ability to work on multiple projects and transactions
Ability to supervise and serve as a role model for junior staff and target areas for their development
Strong work ethic and ability to work in an entrepreneurial culture
Travel required: 30 to 60%
