About the role
- The work closely with the cross-functional production and management teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Validate Mfg Test on production HW
- Drive feedback loop \ process improvement
- Create failure summary report
- Manage execution of Test Process
- Drive all open test issues to closure
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
- Ability to work across engineering and production teams
- Ability to communicate issues verbally and in writing to all levels of employees
- Associates degree in IT, or related discipline is beneficial but not required
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications are beneficial but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Nice to have
- 1 year PC system related hardware debug or networking experience preferred
Compensation
- The typical base salary for this position is expected to be around $28.50/hr.
- If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
