About the role
- Interact with both sales and Newrez clients to help with the understanding of the mortgage industry and expand into the Mortgage Consultant role as it relates to our existing customers and first home purchase business.
Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with the Newrez Code of Conduct.

Requirements
- Constant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.
- All employees are required to have smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator.
- Gain growth and knowledge of the mortgage industry through on-line training, courses and working with the Sales Coaches.
- Attention to detail and careful decision-making skill with ability to avoid mistakes.

- Engage with consumers, determine their needs, and offer the appropriate product.
- Take mortgage loan applications by phone and prepare effective loan proposals.
- Provide superior customer service.
- Meet monthly production goals.
- Attend/assist with scheduled meetings, training sessions and courses.
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Sales experience preferred.
