Responsibilities
- Leads Professional Services teams who oversee the implementation and execution of tasks associated with the full suite of ModMed products, solutions, and integrations.
- Builds positive working relationships/partnerships and a trusted advisor within the organization, consulting practice managers, clients, and is recognized by the client as the delivery executive responsible for the ensuring overall delivery experience.
- Has a thorough understanding of the business's key performance indicators and metrics and manages them to successful levels consistently.
- Proactively manages the financial details of the business, including but not limited to forecasting revenue, concessions/credits, backlog management, and EBITDA.
- Works collaboratively with the leadership team to develop and/or improve the practice as a whole, including strategies, policies, and processes; supports and promotes the use of leading-edge delivery methodologies and best practices.
- The Director, Professional Services will be responsible for the design, implementation and management of various Professional Services organizations (Enterprise Project Management, Business Consulting, Pay Implementations) and personnel per strategic departmental KPI requirements.
- This role will work closely with Sales Organization, Training Services, Technology Services, and Operations teams to develop processes to meet and exceed our clients' expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading Practice Management/Revenue Cycle Management implementations.
- Ability to quickly learn, analyze, understand, and convey complex information.
- Ability to effectively work independently and coordinate team efforts.
- Experience with Salesforce or related implementation and CRM software solutions.
- Expert knowledge of creating and managing a Project Management organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to effectively lead a cross-functional client-driven organization.
- 5+ years of Electronic Health Record implementations leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
- Quality Assurance management
