About the role

  • We are seeking a Manager, Business Analytics to act as the true "system owner" for our Core Lending Platform.
  • Managing a $4B portfolio and hundreds of thousands of customer accounts requires someone with a sense of gravitas and a "zero-defect" mindset.

Compensation

  • $110,000 - $120,000 Annual Bonus: 20% Committed to flexible work arrangements, offering hybrid workplace options.
