We are seeking an Engineering Technician to support the lab manager and cross-functional engineering teams by building, testing, and maintaining equipment, systems, and prototypes. You'll take on hands-on technical work spanning prototype assembly, experimental test execution, troubleshooting, calibration, documentation, and general lab support.

Build low-volume prototype assemblies across a broad range of product lifecycle milestones (early concepts through new product introduction).
Perform hands-on fabrication and integration (mechanical and electro-mechanical) to support engineering development and validation.
Set up, install, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment and systems.
Diagnose issues, perform repairs where appropriate, and coordinate with vendors when needed.
Maintain equipment readiness through preventative maintenance schedules and calibration records.
Collect, organize, analyze, and compile test data; create lab reports and update logs/records.
Read and interpret drawings/blueprints; support inspection and quality-control checks.
Document build/test procedures, configurations, and results to ensure traceability and reproducibility.
Partner closely with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders (test, manufacturing, analysis) and occasionally external vendors/clients.

Associate's degree or certificate in an engineering/technology discipline (or equivalent hands-on technical experience).
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and basic blueprint requirements
comfort using precision measurement tools.
Strong hands-on technical ability in building, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical and/or electro-mechanical systems.
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication/documentation habits.
Comfortable working in dynamic environment, and changing priorities with a flexible, collaborative attitude.
