Responsibilities

  • Work with the Lead Modeler/Supervisor in developing Revit Families either for the revised standards or for a specific project's needs.
  • Will need to efficiently model and document theproject.
  • Perform layout and input from field details into Revit in accordance with REI Standards.
  • Lead modeling efforts on assigned scope
  • Document progress of assigned work following project standards
  • Knowledge of Revit, with the ability to create and manipulate views, browser structure, sheets, schedules, filters, and similar
  • Give verbal and general written direction well and turn that direction into appropriate, constructable design document s

Requirements

  • Ability to follow REI BIM processes, procedures, and standards including workflow
  • Ability to read2Dplans, electronically or hard copy, including one-lines, lighting schedules, panel schedules, and feeder schedule s
  • Knowledge of industry standard software, including but not limited to BlueBeam, Autodesk Cloud products, and NavisWorks.
  • Minimum 2 years' total experience with knowledge of electrical symbols and electrical drafting conventions and standard s

Nice to have

  • High school Diploma or equivalent required.
  • An associate degree preferred in Computerized Drafting field
