About the role
- You will be involved in New Product Introduction and Continuous Improvement of existing products.
- You will strive to leverage new technology, advanced cutting techniques, and a host of LEAN manufacturing methods to improve quality and reduce cycle times and costs.
Responsibilities
- Use solid models and detailed prints from Creo or Mastercam to develop work holding and tooling.
- Develop detailed work instructions as needed.
- Support operations with problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
- Maintain configuration management by properly naming and saving electronic files and programs.
- Complete all work assignments, design, and development projects with minimal supervision.
- display a willingness to make decisions; exhibit sound and accurate judgment; support and explain the reasoning.
Requirements

- Support execution of OQ / PQ activities as required for the process/products.
- Technical competence and a high degree of mechanical aptitude (understanding software, hardware, etc.) Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness.
- Preferred Qualifications Experience with Additive Manufacturing.

- Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.

- This role shall also include a pay differential of 5% on any applicable shift not included in the standard base-pay shifts.
Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this position is $87,000 to $120,000.
