About the role
- The Prime Brokerage Account Management team is responsible for driving growth and ensuring a best-in-class client experience for our growing Prime Brokerage client base.

Responsibilities
- Identify clients' business needs and work with internal partners to deliver solutions, adding value and cross-selling Citi products
- Perform regular service reviews and develop actions plans to address issues and deliver solutions as well as perform regular face-to-face client meetings
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure that the client is appropriately serviced by the various support teams
- Lead strong governance and controls
- Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
Requirements
- 4-8 years of relevant experience
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
- Consistently demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
- Obtain and maintain all registrations/licenses which are required for your role, within the appropriate timeframe
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred.

Compensation
- $98 960,00 - $148 440,00
- In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
