About the role

- Process optimization in rubber processing operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, test and inspect rubber molds and press equipment to verify critical product characteristics.
- Work with product development engineers to improve product design and processes.
- Operate an overhead crane and drive a forklift.
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintain equipment using preventative maintenance.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
Requirements
- Required to lift up to 50 lbs.
Skills
- 3 - 5 years' experience in rubber molding processes.
- Good project management skills.
- Experience in optimizing rubber manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of people.
- Approximately 3-4 times a year for training and visiting Victaulic molding facilities.
