About the role

  • The role responsibilities are based on overseeing and executing the master production schedule while balancing demand, inventory, capacity, and supply chain needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the master production schedule to support customer demand and business objectives.
  • Balance production capacity, inventory levels, material availability, and lead times to optimize manufacturing performance.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Production, and Sales teams to align priorities and ensure flawless execution.
  • Analyze constraints, identify risks, and develop solutions that improve throughput and schedule adherence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen planning processes and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor scheduling team members while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Required skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • 1+ years of management experience required
  • Manufacturing industry experience required

Compensation

  • $85,000- $115,000
