About the role
- This role is centered on the sustainment, enhancement, and optimization of the DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, ensuring reliable application performance and supporting business process automation across the enterprise.
- Evaluate existing software solutions and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
Responsibilities
- CompTech is a service-oriented program management and technical company working to build lasting relationships with small and large companies, municipalities, and Government agencies.
- CompTech is seeking an experienced Software Systems Engineer to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Data Access and Accountability System (DAAS) Agreements Lifecycle Management System (ALMS).
- Sustain, maintain, and optimize the DAAS Agreements Lifecycle Management System (ALMS), with primary responsibility for the DocuSign CLM platform.
- Design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain enterprise software solutions.
- Develop and implement application enhancements to improve functionality, performance, and usability.
- Develop and maintain APIs and other data integration solutions to support reporting and enterprise data sharing.
- Support software testing, deployments, upgrades, and release management activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system design documents, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, system administrators, and project teams to deliver technical solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in supporting production enterprise applications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Federal Government or DoD enterprise systems.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management or business process automation platforms.
- Experience integrating DocuSign CLM with enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with application performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise reporting and data integration solutions.
- Certification & Educations Requirements
- Candidates must possess one of the following certifications:
Compensation
- $115,000 - $125,000 plus full benefits, PTO, 401k+
