About the role
- This is a dual-role position (60% leadership / 40% clinical) focused on managing program operations, leading staff, and providing therapeutic services to at-risk youth.
Responsibilities
- Lead team meetings, manage staff performance, and address team dynamics
- Develop and maintain program structure, routines, and operational consistency
- Manage scheduling, timecards, and staff accountability
- Maintain a reduced caseload of youth clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Oversee client admissions/referrals and collaborate with external agencies
- Support crisis intervention and behavioral management as needed
- Opportunity to lead and shape a program environment
- Strong support from clinical leadership team
- DTAC is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead and support our ARRTS program in Williamsport.
Requirements
- Experience in residential treatment, juvenile programs, or group-based care
- Experience supervising staff or leading teams
- Experience handling crisis situations or behavioral escalations
- On-call responsibilities required
