Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local and national support leadership on initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue within the portfolio
- Evaluate pricing trends and strategies to include review of market and submarket conditions, and supply and demand drivers, and make recommendations for asset improvements, marketing enhancements, pricing initiatives, and performance strategies to drive velocity, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Seven or more years of experience in a property management leadership position over a team of individuals.
- Other license and/or certifications as required by state law.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred.
- Real Estate License preferred.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is: $110,587.50 - $191,685.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
