About the role

Rakuten Kobo Inc. is looking for a Recruiter (6 month contract) to join our Global Recruitment team!
Reporting to our Senior Manager, Global Recruitment, this person will be partnering across Kobo's business units to identify top talent for our amazing team.
You will be responsible for identifying and generating pipelines of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

Manage full cycle recruiting process and ensure a seamless, consistent and positive candidate experience
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and hiring teams to source and identify candidates that will excel at Rakuten Kobo
Drive offer approval, extension and negotiation

Requirements

3-5 years of recruitment experience preferable in both agency and corporate environments
Experience recruiting for both technical and business roles
Expert-level knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting technologies
Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, and then connect that candidate with the right opportunity at Rakuten Kobo
Proven experience in full lifecycle technical recruiting within a corporate environment working with multifunctional areas including technical
Experience in international recruitment an asset

Individual compensation may vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location.
CAD $63,394.00 - 99,112.48 annually
