About the role
- Rakuten Kobo Inc. is looking for a Recruiter (6 month contract) to join our Global Recruitment team!
- Reporting to our Senior Manager, Global Recruitment, this person will be partnering across Kobo's business units to identify top talent for our amazing team.
- You will be responsible for identifying and generating pipelines of qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting process and ensure a seamless, consistent and positive candidate experience
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and hiring teams to source and identify candidates that will excel at Rakuten Kobo
- Drive offer approval, extension and negotiation
Requirements
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience preferable in both agency and corporate environments
- Experience recruiting for both technical and business roles
- Expert-level knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting technologies
- Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, and then connect that candidate with the right opportunity at Rakuten Kobo
- Proven experience in full lifecycle technical recruiting within a corporate environment working with multifunctional areas including technical
- Experience in international recruitment an asset

- CAD $63,394.00 - 99,112.48 annually
